Looking for a headset for Xbox

I think I'm going to bite on this deal, but wanted to see if anyone had any specific reasons not to.

It seems to be the best combination of features, quality and price for a wireless surround sound headset. Wireless and surround sound are requirements for me, so any I have seen cheaper have generally been disqualified due to only being stereo and not surround.

Obviously no one has anything bad to say about this headset.

I ordered them. It's tough for me to pay even $70 for headphones, I've been using an old cell phone hands free set for chat for the past year, but these seem like they might be worth it.
