Looking for a New LCD monitor

Is there a good one available that is also able to swivel to portrait view? I am having a tough time finding a decent monitor that can go from landscape to portrait views.
 
Is quality a consideration here? Or are we going the typical cheapass route and getting something awful because it's cheap? Either way, your best option going the cheap route is Samsung. I wouldn't put it in the same league as a Dell monitor, but it's definitely better than the rest in that price range.

I have a Westinghouse 22" WS that I bought off my friend for $250 last Black Friday. He paid $209.99 total for it. I also recently bought my sister a 19" WS Acer for about $145... it's decent. I recommend both models.
 
I just got the Samsung 22" widescreen model, and I totally love it. It was $349 at Circuit City, and I used a coupon on it. Good luck.
 
this prolly belongs in the bragging thread, but...

i snagged a 225bw samsung for $200 plus tax (CC) thanks to a fatwallet tip. They were blowing out the 225s making way for the 226s.

It's a quality monitor, but not perfect. It's got a little light spill across the bottom and top and I wish the res was 1920x 1200, but for the price it rocks.
