Like that one. No, I don't want it to play with one hand and uh...do something with the other. I would want it for RPGs. It's nice to have a guide in one hand and a controller in the other. The DQ8 controller scheme was awesome, so I'm looking to play like that all the time with RPGs.

Does anyone know if any are in stock at any online stores?

Damn, you beat me. I was gonna say you can play dragon quest with one hand. Ive never seen an actual one handed controller though. Really, you need both hands to use the DQ guide. So much flipping back and forth. That guide pisses me off.

Ascii put out one a long time ago called the Grip. It was a cool one-handed controller with reconfigurable buttons, but it was before there were analog sticks on the PS1. So, really, it's only good for SRPGs and the like.

I know a guy who lost the use of one arm in a car wreck(all the bones in his arm were shattered). So he had one of those for his PS1, but he doesn't have a PS2, so I dunno.

OP, you can buy your controller here from NCS:

Very reliable import company.

I have this controller and it's okay. It would've been much better with analog. That being said, ASCii did release an analog version although it might be import only. I tried googling for it but no luck.
