Looking for a place to buy a pre-modified Tivo

I am planning on buying a Tivo with a larger (and hopefully quieter) hard drive. An actual off switch would be nice as well as wi-fi so that it can be placed anywhere instead of right next to a phone jack. I am planning on getting one for my parents for Christmas. Anyone know of any trustworthy sites that sells them pre-modified?
