Looking for a super cheap PC or mobo+cpu combo

Anyone know of any deals for a cheap CPU or a motherboard+cpu combo? I'm looking to give one as a gift for super cheap (under $200) and it doesn't have to be very fast. Looking for around a 1.6Ghz or better.

Not sure how great it is since I don't personally own it, but for $70 after a small rebate, a decent looking motherboard and 3.2 ghz cpu seems like a fair deal. Only downside is it only supports AGP (up to 8x) video cards and 2 gigs of ram.

There is this current deal going on at newegg.com. It's for a s939 AMD 3400+ with a free motherboard, for $100. Don't know how long it will last though.
