Looking for advice on a new PS3 hard drive

I finally decided to upgrade my original PS3 20gb hard drive, and was looking around for a good 250-500gb to replace it.

I quickly found a deal on Newegg for a 7200rpm/250gb Seagate for $43 (with instant coupon and free shipping).
Is this a good price and should I jump on this deal while it lasts? (Coupon code ends 7/5)
