Because guessed was so nice to drive 3 hours to the middle of nowhere in Tennessee and pick me up a $15 Donkey Konga, I am now in the market for a second set of bongos (first party.)

If you know where to get them for cheap, let me know. Or if you have some you don't want, send me a PM.

Here is what I did to get my second set of DK bongos.

I found the game and bongo set at Target for $38. I got it and sold the game (just the game) on eBay for $34 return. So I got the bongos for $4, basically.:)

I did this before Xmas when prices were good... I doubt you'll be able to do the same but it's worth a shot if you can find a cheap copy.
 
Wait for Donkey Kong Jungle Beat to come out later this year. There will be one $50 version of the game (w/ bongos) and another cheaper one without 'em. Thats how I'm planning on getting my 2nd pair.
 
That's also what I did during the TRU B2G1 Free sale, I bought 2 sets of the game and bongos, sold 1 game on Ebay for $35 and kept the bongos from the 2nd set.
