i don't see anyone lowering the price of the mgs4 bundle. amazon.com has it in stock at the moment free shipping & no tax (if you don't live in NY?)

Yeah, considering that it's a fairly new SKU and moving well, there would be no real incentive for anyone to have any deals involving it. I'd go with Amazon, as well.

if i buy it online is there any way to get a warranty(thats one of the reasons why im selling my nib ps3 is because i didnt think id need a warranty, but now i cant purchase an extended one from target because i lost the receipt)
