Since when? They were $24.99, but Best Buy lowered them down to $19.99 about 5 weeks ago. I've purchased many cards from them using a GGC for $14.99.

Same here. I saw the listed price of $19.99 at my local BB just yesterday. The only place I've seen them for $24.99 is at EB/GS.
