Looking For Cheap PC

I really need to upgrade my stoneage compaq presario 6000. I'm looking for a cheap alternitive for 350 or less. I just want it to run vista with the Aero skin properly. I'm not going to do any gaiming on it and It doesn't need to come with a monitor, and used is an option aswell.

Well, I'm looking to sell off my desktop, minus some parts for about $450 + shipping.
Here are the stats:
AMD 3700+
2GB PC3200 RAM
XFX Geforce 7600GT - XXX edition (you can probably sell that for a $100 if you're not gaming)
Built in media reader
Firewire support

I can throw in an extra internal CD drive lying around, but it doesn't come with a hard drive or dvd drives.

Dell Dimension shipped for $250 plus tax. It lists as $300, just remove the monitor to subtract $50. No, you don't have to have a business to buy it.

My current couputer is almost as strong as that (minus the processor). I'm looking to upgrade to vista not to stay with xp.
