Any good ones for reasonable prices? Or any decent ones? Need one kinda badly. I was thinking on buying an external HD but pretty sure the burner would be better especailly how fast I can accumilate anime.

Your best bet is to get an external enclosure for around $30 and put an internal burner inside. Check out NewEgg.com. DealSonic.com also has a pretty wide variety of enclosures.
 
Cheaper, faster, yes.

Get the NEC-3520/3540 (3540 is the latest--came out a few days ago). Cheapest and strangely the best burner as well.

No external can compare to it.

you should get the mad dog external i believe the burner is nec3500 just with the mad dog name. it works great and shouldnt cost you that much.

NEC-3500A actually. I have the OEM drive, great burner.

Might've upgraded to a newer NEC recently, I don't know.
