Don't listen to Frosty. His less than 10 hours probably equals about 15 hours for a normal human.
It took me slightly more than 10 hours on Normal difficulty to beat Bayonetta. So I'd saying 10 hours for Normal is a good range. I'd imagine 8-9 for Easy and 6-7 for Very Easy. I found almost all of the chests (achievement) but I don't know where the remaining ones are (There's no way to tell which Chapter they're on). I only visited 3 Alfheims and beat 1. Some of the stuff they are asking for is crazy.

I got my Platinum in Assassin's Creed II this morning (Screw you, feathers!) so I decided to continue playing Muramasa. I'm through Act 6 on Monohime's Story, and the last section was pretty hard. The boss was a joke, though. I don't know how much longer I have to go until I beat that part, though. I don't know if I want to do to the second story or not.
see i've had more bad experiences with Sony saying fuck you it's your fault give us money to fix it. every generation of PS i've owned has broken down at some point and in each case it has been cheaper to buy a new one then to fix it.
never had a Sony product break on me *knock on wood*. Had my 360 break down/repaired 8 times though >_>

If you know how to push the right buttons, you can get your repair done for free.

Sony has always repaired mine for free, no hassle, even out of warranty. Go figure.
Wow, 1 vs. 100 just lied. How are the shoulder buttons on the PS3 not considered "lettered" buttons?
It has numbers in it?

Better questions:
(1) What the fuck is a Microsoft game doing quizzing players on a competitors product?
(2) Why are you even playing 1 vs. 100? Are you doing research to be a better GS employee so you can answer questions from *casual* gamers? ;)
Hahah dude! I got the same one wrong. I know and "X" is also a letter. What BS.
x is not used as a letter on the dual shock, it's a symbol, as in circle, square, triangle, cross. :p

From the dictionary's definition of lettered: "marked with or as if with letters." Those shoulder buttons are definitely marked with letters.

I dunno, unless they were thinking "face buttons" and wrote "shoulder buttons"... *shrug*

All it said was "buttons." So shoulder buttons should have been allowed. Just slightly annoying since I had every other question right that round (video game trivia).
Go play your action RPG and shut up.
it's a third person action adventure platformer rpg with FPS rail mini games

and one that everybody needs to buy tomorrow

Currently playing my PSN copy of FFVIII... wow. I forgot and remember alot >_<

I am officially re-hooked onto Triple Triad again ... wtf. My fave version of it is in FFVIII since it's pure... it got pretty fucked up with too much shit afterwards.

Played some more Shadow Complex. Just got the armor and quit. Will be glad when I get the missles--seems like there's red doors, panels etc. everywhere!

What would you call the "vehicle" type sections? ;)

Yea, I always call the X button "Cross". It's; X, circle, square, triangle. That is a goddam letter. Either way, the question is worded really weird.

And why the hell can't I play 1v100? Especially the game edition? It's fun dammit.

I just finished Monohime's story in Muramasa. That part was pretty good. I didn't do everything in that section, and I kind of don't want to. I don't know if I want to do the other story, though. Does beating that part give me something else? Or is it mainly for padding?

I've played about 3 and a half hours of KH: 358/2 days and I feel bad because nothing's really grabbing me so far in the game.. It doesn't even seem that challenging. Does anyone know if it gets better later?

Have you played Odin Sphere? If so, how does it compare with Muramasa?

I'm just curious what changes they made between the two.
yay! I finally found a complete copy of Ridge Racer 7 today! ^_^
I've never played Odin Sphere.

Finished Call of Duty 4 last night. I finished MW:2 story before I played the 1st game and I must say I liked MW1 single player portion way more than I did the SP portion of the 2nd game. Does anyone else feel that way too?

Yeah, I enjoyed both but MW1 was better in single player. Though MW2 did have less of the annoying parts where enemies spawn infinitely until you reach some magical barrier that makes them stop.

Yeah, I'll definitely wait for the GOTY edition for the 360. Made the mistake of getting Fallout 3 from goozex last spring when I was too busy to play it. Still haven't gotten around to it, and wish I'd waited to request the GOTY edition later when I have time for such a long game as now I'll have to buy the DLC if I get fully sucked into it like I did Oblivion.
I wonder if I should just wait for a goty edition of Dragon Age for PC now...
Isn't EA planning two years worth of DLC?
Awwww yeah!
EA bringing back NBA JAM!!!!!!!!!!

exclusive to Wii
what a disappointment
Sucks to be you.
Sucks to be you.
I'll buy it if it's good, the disappointment comes from knowing it will have no online, or terrible online.
Sucks to be you.
Shitty online (if it has it), 480p at best, probably not widescreen, and most likely will have horrible motion controls added. Yeah, sucks to be anyone who wanted a new NBA Jam...

This.

Yup, NBA Jam 99 for N64, but I believe it was outsourced crap.
This new one is being made by the original guy.
Better chance at being fun at least.
There was a xbox/ps2 version.
Yikes, I can't even imagine how terrible....

LONG GS STORY OF WHAT THE HELL?

There's one particular GS where every employee is SO DAMN SMUG.
It is crazy.

It's because their little store does so well compared to many around here, they have huge parties for midnight releases, and some game devs from the local area shop there. Everytime one comes in, they immediately worship and put them on a pedestal. It's kind of funny.

But they're just so damn confident about upselling every little thing. I hate going there since it usually takes forever to check out the way they keep talking on and on to customers.

I literally waited a whole extra 10 minutes in line, AFTER the lady in front of me had made her purchase. He started talking to her about more games she could get for her small daughter, about the Edge card (for the second time), about calling other stores to find the item he was missing. She was done clearly, by her gestures, but could not manage to escape his smooth talk.

I told my ladyfriend "5 mins, max" as she waited in the car. She came inside and scowled at me. I just shook my head.
Another employee (who should have been running the other register) started his schtick with her and she just walked past him saying 'no'. "She's with me." I said, "Just wondering where I am."

Finally, I get to check out. And imagine him speaking VERY slowly.

Me: "I just want "gamenamehere" please"
Employee: "Ohhhhhhhhhh, yiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiikes....... What if I said I had some bad news?"
Me: .... sigh"You don't have it?" (that's impossible, i'm thinking)
Employee: :looks around, pretending to search: "What if I told you we were......... out?"
Me: (in my head, pissed) "I'd leave and go buy it somewhere else."
Employee: "........ Good thing we do have it then! hahahaha"
Me: :shakes head: "That's good then."
Lady friend walks out back to car.

He said a lot more innane things after that to me, but this is already too long.
But that was so ridiculous I had to post this experience.

Were they not on the drive home, and 2 mins from where I live (easy stop to flip, or whathaveyou) I would never visit.

Last time I set foot in a gamestop was to get Metroid Prime 3 at launch as they had a decent trade in promo.

Haven't bothered since, and will never, due to random annoyances like that, hocking pre orders, warranties, Game Informer subs etc. aggressively, selling opened games as new, parents using them as baby sitters when shopping elsewhere in the mall/strip mall etc. etc.

It's just Goozex and Amazon for me, occasionally something from Target or Best Buy if they have a game on sale that I want.
Man, all they need to do is port over NBA JAM T.E. with online and I'd be happy.
If they kept the celebrity codes in, I would buy 3 copies.
