Looking For GTA: San Andreas (PS2) Manual

I won a copy of GTA: San Andreas for $20 a month or so back and it only came with the game and case. no manual. Does anyone know where I can find a copy of the Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (PS2) Manual?

I've checked gamerecyclery.com and they have it listed as Out of Stock.

Also besides the manual did anything else come with GTA: San Andreas?
