Looking for HDTV Around $300

Right now my options are the Westinghouse 40inch for $300 at Target or the TLC 32inch for $250 at Amazon. The Westinghouse is 1080p but $50 bucks more and requires me to go out on Black Friday.

Does anyone know of any other deals, or maybe some price drop on a tv at Amazon? The TLC is already on sale, so I'm really hoping that drops.
