Looking for iPod Nano case!

Since the weather is getting warmer, I am in need of a case to put my iPod Nano in while I run. Basically, I just want something that will keep it connected to me.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a decent case? Is an armband or a clip better while running?

I have the Toughskin one and like it a lot. Plus it's free after rebate.
I use it while biking and it holds up well.
