Looking for PS1 RPG "Moon"

I've never heard of this game until a few days ago, but it looks weird enough to warrant purchase at any price- http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/psx/review/R38576.html

Supposedly it came out in the US, does anyone know where to find it? The only place that comes close is nscx.com, and they're out of stock on the Japanese version.
