Your best bet is probably eBay. However, if you want to watch these and lots of other anime for free instead of buying them I came across a great site.

One of the hard parts when searching for Box Sets of anime is the large number of bootlegs. Even on Half and Amazon I've noticed quite a few...

Rurouni Kenshin - TV Series: Season 1
Deep Discount = $42.88
Half.com = ~$30 Used, there is only one at that price, otherwise DD's cheaper with their free shipping and all

InuYasha - Season 1
Deep Discount = $67.09

Naruto Uncut Vol. 3
Deep Discount = $33.54 and $44.79 for the Special Edition

You just missed Rightsuf's Media Blasters sale which would have included Kenshin, but I think the price would still have been more even at 35% - 40% off (since they take it off retail prices and not their own). You could always wait until they do a Viz sale again which make the price of the InuYasha and Naruto sets a bit more reasonable.
