Looking for talented writers for game reviews and news.

yeah I am not the greatest writer ever, but I know my video games and I am a pretty good critic. People usually come to me for opinions on games. I can always try to improve my writing, but if defender wants better then it's no big deal.

I got one, sent him an email and have heard nothing. Either my writing isn't up to par or my going into basic training for 2 months detered him.
 
I'm sure you're not interested, and I guess it's too late, but I would enjoy writing reviews and so on for your site. I don't really have any samples or such, but I could write a sample review to show you my writing skills. Or you can look at most of my posts, I like to write lengthy ones, so that might help.

i dont think thats the case. i replies to, both with e-mail and pm (misread his pm), and the pm hasnt been read ye. i dont think hes gotten around to it. i mean its understandable, he is busy. i dont think hess ask the questions he did then say "sorry, i dnt want you". also, i think scrubking is in because he recently joined the VGD forums.

Nope they are completely different. I'm writing a mystery story actually and i'm getting positive responses back, have shown to at least 5 people so far. So if you haven't seen my writing skills... then you aren't justified to argue that statement. that's what i was saying.
posting you don't have to be concerned w. grammar or spelling or capitalization.

yea....sorry about pming you, i misread the originl pm. you can ignore that. i did e-mail the exact same thing to you, and fixed the grammer too. i figuered it looked pretty bad being interviewed for a writing job and using the atrotious(sp?) language.

the wole point it was a joke, seeing as how my original post was a stealth bump. i just didnt feel like editing with the weak "punchline".

anyways...I have finally gotten off my sorry ass and done it...I have started the setup for the CMS writers.

I am trying to email everyone who applied and giving them either a yes or no.

If you applied but do not hear from me today via email or PM then please go back to the original post and EMAIL ME a new response.

Also when you do get an email from me PLEASE read it as it should contain full instructions.
 
OK...

I have now finally cleaned out my PM inbox of the 80 messages that was there. I have also answered all my emails that I have concerning this.

Those of you (very few) who followed the instructions I originally gave should now be able to access the CMS site. Please read the instructions that I emailed you.

Many of you are still eligible to be writers for the site but I needed more info. Also many did not bother to find my email address and so they have yet to respod to the original post.

I will do my best to answer those emails quickly and to get this phase over with.

Any questions?
 
okay, i read the email, followed the instructions, and was able to log in as an admin and change my password. but in the e-mail, you said post in the staff forum if you have wuestions, i couldnt find the staff forum anywhere, and when i log onto the actual VGD website, im still a deputy.

anything im doing wrong?
