Looking for THE BEST monitor (the least) money can buy!

The title says it all. I am getting a Macbook Air and want a good monitor to use with it while stationary. I don't really want anything less than 20 inches and I want the best screen the least amount of money can buy.

I know you guys (and gals) can pull through!
