I would prefer new and not used but if its mint condition I don't mind. Missed all the 249+game+screen protector ones it seems and gamestop had game+memory stick which I am kicking myself over.
I am buying one from someone its a the FEB with case and all 3g for 220. the case and memory stick makes it worth it for me (case is selling for 60+ on ebay right now for some reason, must be a nice case)
