Oh, I didn't notice that...
I have not gone anywhere with figures for almost 2 months simply because I don't have any extra cash to spend. I'm sure that there are cheap sets available (not sure about that specific one) but yeah there always seens to be Bleach or Naruto sets around. Usually they are removed from the boxes, but still sealed in their plastic bags and they usually run around $20-$25 a set.
 
Hard to say for certain, but I'm pretty sure I should be able to get them around $20 each if I shop around a bit and don't take the first set I find.
