How much for the original HD pack?

Does it provide any advantages over the HD cables?

I am thinking it is better because I can use my own component cables? Does it have an optical out/coaxial out? or no?

Or wait, are those just for the regular XBOX not the 360?
 
How much are you looking for for the PS2? Just the basics, maybe an extra controller, game and memory card, don't really need all that other stuff.

Isn't it easier to just get a Whopper Jr. Value Meal and get the games yourself? I'm sure the price is the same as what you would pay someone for shipping.
