Looks like it's OTT to the morning crew.

I need to knock some sense into myself, here.

Games I haven't started, barely started, or stopped in the middle of
:xbox:: Blinx, Blinx 2, Grabbed by the Ghoulies, Psychonauts, Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy
:gc:: Eternal Darkness, Killer 7, Paper Mario TTYD, Wind Waker
:ps2:: Beyond Good and Evil, Dragon Quest VIII, God Hand, God of War, God of War II, Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Hearts II, Mafia, MGS2, Ratchet Deadlocked, Rogue Galaxy, Yakuza, Yakuza 2
:wii:: Little King's Story, Madworld, Muramasa, New Super Mario Bros Wii, Onechanbara
:360:: Banjo Kazooie Nuts and Bolts, Bioshock, Borderlands, Bully, The Darkness, Dark Sector, Dragon Age, Eternal Sonata, Fable II, Fallout III, FEAR, FEAR 2, Gears 2, Ghostbusters, Lego Batman, Mass Effect, Mirror's Edge, Orange Box (all three Half-Lifes), Onechanbara, Saboteur

Plus I'm always playing RB2, Beatles RB, Lego RB, and MW2, as well as AC2 right now.

I think I should stop buying games for a few months, at least, because I'm beginning to realize that this backlog is entirely unmanageable if I keep buying new games. I should just put 2010 entirely on hold.

A lack of advancement in battery technology is really driving manufacturers to get creative with ways to save power. Asus seems to really be a leader in this. With all the power saving features on, that gets better battery life than most netbooks i've seen.

If the Asus had a better display then I wouldn't even be questioning whether to get it. I love just about everything about it, but the Sony does have a better display, graphics card, and it has a BD drive.

I bought Ghostbusters on Steam, was surprised at how fast i finished it. Still need to finish Banjo Kazooie: N&B though.

Well it looks like you have to choose what is more important to you, long battery life or better graphics and BD drive.

I'd rather have the battery personally, i've never gamed or watched movies much on laptops.

I want to finish AC2 so I can get the most money back from it, and then Lego RB so I can sell it to Gamestop for $20 before the 10th.
Whatever you're doing, stop it and move on to playing HL2 and Episodes 1&2!
Ahhh fuck this just reminded me I forgot to buy the Orange Box off of Steam yesterday.

Looks like that punk Anbu_Zim.

Rocko , I wish I had a backlog as small as that. I could probably have that under control in reasonable time and be moving on to other stuff.

Suggestions , if your looking for them:
Drop Blinx 2 and Grabbed by the Ghoulies from the :xbox:. Maybe even the original Blinx and Sphinx too. Maybe drop :ps2:Mafia. Maybe drop both Onechanbara as well.

DirecTV sucks my ass. The picture's great, but the signal keeps resetting. Never had this problem with Dish Network.

Other things that suck ass: Menards not accepting American Express. I had to spend money that's already spoken for out of my checking account to pay for all the stuff I bought tonight.

I was looking for a song by Harlem I heard on the radio. So i find the download and there's a link of most commented articles. And number 5 was the Rolling Stone top 25 albums/sons. So I clicked as a lark and I laughed so hard. their song/album list is pathetic.
Do they mention Yoko and/or Sean Lennon in the top 25?
It was so bad I was suprised they didn't mention the Bob Dylan Christmas Album.

I use Malwarebytes.

It was one of the few things that could eradicate some really shitty virus I got a few months ago.

Amazon shipped my copy of Arrested Development S1 in a bubble mailer, and the entire case is crushed beyond belief. The discs look okay, but the case is nearly snapped in half and the tabs that hold the discs are non-existent now. :(
It's pretty good.

Cool, thanks guys. I'm giving it a try right now. I think I might have something because my adblocker is disabled and I have this weird thing called Kontera now. It seems to add advertisement links to regular text.

"I have a daughter. How can I be a virgin?"

"Who has been spreading the rumor that there's a little person living inside of me that operates me with controls?"

:lol:

Bold opinion: I wish Michael's character wasn't in The Office. He drags the show down.

I agree Maklershed. I thought the David Brent character from the BBC The Office was better.

~~~
I am watching this Liga Dominicana de Beisbol game on ESPN360 and in between innings there were some of the hottest latin girls dancing around. I want to be in the Caribbean.
Edit: Oh shit there was almost a brawl. Awesome. I wish I understood what the hell they were saying.
Email customer service. In my experience, they've been pretty good when I've reported a damaged item. I got a book that had some minor cover damage when I got it (I'm really anal about my books), and they refunded the price completely. I'd expect a refund or replacement in your case.
As somebody who has always shunned the American version of The Office, and who has finally come around to start watching it, I agree that Michael Isn't as good as David Brent. BUT, I think Michael still brings something to the show and I find him quite funny the majority of the time. It isn't always laugh out loud funny, but he plays the character well enough.
I can't get rid of this Kontera stuff from Firefox :bomb:
Is this something that's now built in to Firefox or something? Or maybe its just a coincidence that its on webpages I've been browsing today but I just never noticed it before. Does anyone else see blue links in the text on this page:
http://portforward.com/
Also, for anyone that has Firefox, do you see banner ads on the left and right side of that page?
Have you done a google search for Kontera? looks like it's some kind of online advertising company.
Sorry to keep asking so many questions today but does anyone have recommended security/privacy add-ons for Firefox other than Adblock Plus? I just dled the WOT - Web of Trust add on.
I've never seen any of The Office from the UK. I'm guessing it is worth watching overall, but are the plot lines similar? I wouldn't want to watch it if half of the episodes are basically the same.
No not really. It never really had a chance to get off the ground. It did have the Jim and Pam type characters flirting though. Overall it was a more plausible/serious type of show compared to the American Office. I like the American Office more but I liked the British version of Michael more because he seemed like a real person.
Hello, loves. My fiance's sister gave us $400 tonight, so we're going to get the 40" flat panel tv we've had our eyes on, as our wedding is only 17 days away.
So which HDMI cable on Monoprice do I want?
Oh, wow, can we get married?
