Lost planet for $54 shipped at familyvideo

I've ordered from them a couple of times and they are very good.
 
Family video is shit. They billed and sent me a game a month after they had confirmed that my order had been cancelled. Not to mention that I cancelled my order because the game had been out for over a month and they hadn't shipped it yet. So, basically, if you want your game before march, if ever, I would strongly advise ordering somewhere, pretty much anywhere, else.
 
I preordered GOW from them, and the service was fine. But I'm a little bummed that there aren't better deals on Lost Planet than this. What happened to Frys.com's 47.99 deals on new games? I refuse to pay more than 50 for any game, ever.
 
Great site, with great prices (on new releases). The times that I've used .99 shipping they've come to me by Friday, which is worth is for the saved money.
 
We have Family Videos all over my area, it's a very respectable video rental chain.

As for ordering from their online store, I ordered GOW back when they had it listed for $49.99 plus a $5 off coupon, and I received GOW maybe a week after ordering.
 
I ordered from them awhile back. I got an e-mail saying it would be shipped in 1 business day....it was shipped almost three weeks later :whistle2:/ Not a bad experience, they're just slow.
