Well, it helps if you can't afford the launch price.

This is a great deal for a game that really sucks you in (especially if you're a Lord of the Rings fan)--I'm actually playing through it a third time, and I haven't had this much fun replaying the same content since Dragon Age: Origins.

Yah it def sucks you in. Though I hate seeing a game going so low soon after I buy it, i dont regret playing the actual game. The game is from the same devs of Buldur's gate dark alliance so was hyped up and impressed when I played through it for the first time!
