Go for Mario and points. Guitar Hero kicks some serious ass, but the shit you'll buy with the points on top of Mario will last you longer, IMO.

Nice! I didn't look through the 6 or so pages I missed, so I must have missed this.

Eventually I'll buy a PSP... but for now I've a hard enough time keeping up with games for the systems I have.

I feel the same way. Not about being the only person who believes that, but that I believe that. Regardless of what that truth is, truth is truth. If something is true, then anything contradicting it must be false. Thus, contradicting truths cannot exist. How some people can't wrap their brains around that is beyond me.

In this case (assuming I understand what you are saying), one can say "looks can be deceiving," which they quite often can be. That does not, however, nullify that fact that when something is true, the opposite must be false. Perception/perspective is a bitch, granted, but truth is still truth.

Of every game I've ever played online. MLB 2k7 has the worst losers. People can't take a loss for nothing. You win you get a negative feedback, and then they send a voice message which normally includes some of the following words. "bitch, asshole, fa*got, Pussyass, punk, scared, cheater, etc etc.

Then they want to play you again, and they always pick the yankees. The yankees are incredible on MLB 2K7, I've seen a yankee pitcher hit a home run.

the 2d to 3d thing in super paper mario blew my mind at first. It is something not the average mind can comprehend.

In other news my funny story for the day.

I was at wal-mart, my little sisters b-day is tomorrow so I went to buy her some toys. On the way to the toy isle I walked past the clothing section, in particular the ladies clothing section. As walking by I glanced down into a shopping cart and seen a lacy pink thong, I then look up hoping to get a good visual and see the owner of the cart being some fat broad. I imagine on my face was a look of disgust and shock, cuz she gave me some mean ass look back. I continued walking shaking my head in disgust.

When we were playing the 2nd game everytime I got on base, or a homerun he would send me a message saying that the game cheated him. I had 27 messages by the end of the game. I kept telling him to put on a headset but he wouldn't.

Like I said earlier I've never met people like this on any online game ever. Its like when you beat someone online in baseball. They act like you pulled down their pants and laughed at the size of their wang in front of a whole bunch of hot women.

I'll never understand it.

like, it is true that the sun will burn me if i fly into it.

or

one of these statements is easy to call fact (tho truth is another story).

somethings don't appear to be relative to me - genocide, no matter which way you look at it, is not good. you could try to justify it in all sorts of ways, but not really in a reasonable fashion that any large body of peoples would accept.

yeah, i guess i feel like they should have said nothing, which to me is a way of saying, "I spend my life doing things that I find important or valuable, and Imus spends his life talking about other people and their lives"

radio talk show hosts are so fucking stupid - i hate shock jocks, all that shit is so boring. I always think, ok, well who the fuck are you? why do we give a shit what you have to say? because you can be a mean asshole? i know enough of those already.

As a general rule they will only arrive in the early part of the appt window if you step out for a moment or are otherwise in a position where you can't get to the door when they knock.

Couple years ago I had the cable guy miss an appointment with a 4 hour window. Then they rescheduled for a weekend morning. Missed that, but called to say he'd be there if I wanted to keep waiting. So I waited from 8AM until about 6PM or so when he finally showed up after being 'the next stop' for about 4 hours. To top it off the guy was clueless and didn't hook up the cable properly. :bomb:

Unfortunately this was at an apartment where cable was the only option (no view for the satellite.)

But on Sunday I switch to Verizon TV and dump Cox. (Although I haven't had a problem since that fiasco so I'm not really doing it out of spite or anything at this point.)
 
I love it when a client installs the latest version of some virus scanner - read: POS from Norton - and it completely ruins their shit, so they call me to whine about it.

Yes. Love it. Like a stepchild with red locks who is drawing on my car with a steel brush.
