Today I just happened to go by a local Target to see if there's anything good on clearance, and what do I find but Test Drive Unlimited for the 360...it's sitting there on the endcap where all the clearance games are, but it has a sticker labeling it "As Is" and priced at $12.48....I grab it and take a look, seems completely sealed (I've seen "As is" PC games a lot that are obvious open boxes). I shake it around a bit and I hear a slight rattle, figure it might just be part of the DVD case hub, so I go ahead and buy it. Opening it up, the rattle was just a security tag, so it's in perfect shape. Total luck, but it made me pretty happy.

The same Target once had iPod Video cases marked "As Is" for $2.48 while every other store had the same one for $29.99. Oh well, their screwup=my gain :)
 
I got a similar deal. I got the memory card for the 360 for $15 dollars, the package had a tear at the top but nothing had been removed. They were selling them for $40 there.
