Lumines help: how the hell do u beat the first puzzle in puzzle mode?

so confused. the little cross. dont even know what the point of the puzzle is. do i need to fill up the cross or wat?

I'm surprised you made it out alive!

I only use Gamefaqs for their FAQ's...
 
To get back on topic, the trick is that you need to arrange the blocks in that exact shape. Either color will do, but all adjacent blocks must be of the opposite color. I usually play challenge mode, but I'm up to the letter A puzzle.

C'mon, dude! You cant even beat the very FIRST puzzle??? That is beyond sad...
Time to give away your PSP to someone else..... a gamer perhaps.
 
It took me awhile to figure out how to complete the puzzles, and now I'm at the "4x4" puzzle which so far is driving me nuts. Anyone know how to complete it?
