Lunar 2 for psx question about game disc

well i got the one i got off ebgames today. Case with games nothing else BUT got a question sort of werid

My old Lunar 2

DISC 1 its got that man dude on it with brown hair and brown eyes and has like that little pink dragon thingie in his pocket or coming over his shoulder
(playstation logo has black background


DISC 2 has a chic on it with blue hair (Ps logo has black background)

DISC 3 big pink dragon with teeth (ps logo has white background )

and making of lunar 2 (black background on ps logo)

the one i got from EBGAMES TODAY


DISC 1 has a dude with a necklace on wearing a leather headband (ps logo has white background)

DISC 2 has a chic on it with blue hair (black background on ps logo

DISC 3 big pink dragon with teeth (white background on ps logo

and making of lunar 2 (black background on ps logo

i went and looked at the other 2 copies of LUNAR 2 i have an NONE of the FIRST DISC have this dude with the LEATHER HEADBAND ON IT. Is this a reprint CD , Fake CD or did they make different CD cover like they did with the first lunar for the SEga cd

There are several different versions of just about every Working Designs game for the Playstation.

I just looked on Digitpress.com and apparently there are two different artwork versions of Lunar 2 for the Playstation.

does it show the pictures if so can you link it here.. knowing my brother hes going to want them all . they got all 7 of the sega cd covers dont ask me why he got the same game 7 times but he wanted every cover art

the disc you got came from a limited run of a game only version where the Disc's had Fan Art instead, it also came without the bonus features, just the double jewel and a revised manual, I think it was an Eb exclusive. considering I only saw it there, you can tell by simply looking at the rear of the case, it'll have the game description on the rear inlay, the deluxe version had the info on the box, the rear inlay was just more game art, hope that helps
 
slidecage, today I also received the Lunar 2 that I ordered from EB last week. Mine has the original case and artwork, but no manual or extras. My disc one has the guy with the little pink thing as described in your old copy of the game.

ya looking at more of the games i got it seems Eb mixxed up the games

where the First disc is from the Fan art while Disc 2 and 3 is from the deluxe version cause DIsc 2 3 and making of disc look just like my other 2 Lunar 2 games and all 3 cases are the same So they must just put in the wrong Disc 1

Will this affect the games vaule (meaning keep it or send it back)

what does your Disc 2 and 3 look like
 
yup the man is right, SSSC had a Fan Art you just caught a standard variant, should in no way affect the value I doubt many first timers would even notice or care

link shows lunar 1 discs man i got to keep my bro away from this link they would have to buy every freaking cover art

yea like i said before it looks like they Tossed in a Disc 1 of the fan art and Disc 2 and 3 are another cause disc 1 dont line up in the same pic as disc 2 and 3 do in the links provided
