Mac.

Can anyone recommend a cleaning solution for the macbook screen? Wife stain the screen (by accident) with some cooking batter and it doesnt want to come off.
 
You gotta get some special cleaning stuff. I went to Radioshack and bought Monster Screen Clean for $20. It's a big bottle that'll probably never run out in your lifetime and it also comes with a big micro-cleaning cloth or whatever they're called. For regular dust cleans just lightly rub the screen with the cloth but when cleaning stains spray the cloth and then rub lightly. It might take some work to get rid of streaks, but it's better than anything you'd find around the home and I feel like I got my money's worth.
 
If you can get a lens cleaning cloth (like you get w/ a new pair of glasses), that works exceptionally well. I presume you have the glossy screen, of course - with the flat, windex works fine.
 
You're in look, I just purchased a 13" MacBook, white to be exact and found a few good bags and cases for it.
For a simple slip on case with a small degree of protection from knock and bangs try this...

Or there is always a shoulder bag, gives a little more protection and its not such a magnet for thieves because it doesn't look like a laptop bag...

Keep looking on www.apple.com/store for the best one for you, they have a very wide selection, some with a much higher price point, but we don't know if you have a budget, but Im guessing you're a "cheap ass gamer" so to speak...
