Dunno what the deal is.. guess it's a labor day thing.. but Madden dropped to 44.99 new, 39.99 used (35.99 with mvp) for ps3 and x360 this morning. Wii version dropped to 34.99 new/29.99 used.

Scorch, thats a pretty significant sale/drop. Thanks for looking out (which is your standard M.O.) for the fellow CAGgers that may not have picked this up yet. Also surprised nobody decided to post or comment before this.
 
Based on your reaction Scorched, I'm guessing some people dropped low ratings in the thread without explaining why the deal is bad. 35.99, pardon the pun, in this stage of the game isn't a bad deal for the newest Madden.
 
No, it just went like 9 hours with no replies. Kinda shocking. I don't know how long this "sale" is going for, I just kinda saw it when I went into work and was like "wtf".. we almost sold out of it completely, there's like one or two copies left.. insane..
 
im guessing that they only sell games in their stores and not on their website? I can't find any prices on the games from their website. Can anyone confirm?

Madden 10 is the best Madden I've played in years. Probably since 2005 and I bought everyone of them for the ole Xbox.
 
I read your post, called my local GC, and picked it up with little hesitation. Anyways, thanks for the post and making my wallet lighter.
 
lol wtf.. deal is dead. price raised back to 59.99 new/49.99 used. wii 49.99 new/39.99 used.. can a mod please lock this
 
Noo, went in today & had the manager look it up. No go. I guess it wasn't a wasted trip tho since he did say he'd be calling me for an interview this week.
 
oh dang! thats crazy! when i went in there they had alot of copies and they changed the price tag on all of them. looks like they're going to have to be changing them back.
