Have fun sleeping tonight sprice and ballhawk and all you other salty ass ravens fans
lol i aint salty... good ass game... just glad u waited to comment till after the field goal was missed! ;)

Well hell. I was looking forward to a couple of different teams. Ravens and 49ers would've been some fresh blood.

Pats fans, congrats. You sucked that one out, but no one makes it to the big game without a bit of luck. Good luck in the Super Bowl!

EDIT: you can't be serious bseti :) Also, any chance that could've been a touch down? Didn't he make a football move?

He doesn't speak for all Pats fans, obviously.

And no, he was still in the process of turning after coming down with it. There's no way they'd give him the TD there.

Definitely lucky to walk away with this one. But winning a game in which Brady played pretty poorly for most of the game is pretty encouraging, because I don't think he's likely to put up two stinkers in a row.
i dont hate on u guys just upset how it went down
I would be too if I were you, that's a shitty way to lose. Must be heartbreaking, no one should be rubbing it in.

i feel like the steelers back when the had kris brown
Ravesn should ahve been in the SuperBowl...gl Pats...if anyone has billy cundiff as a kicker in madden...cut him! lol
possibly lee evans to

Congrats to the Patriots...I share the sentiment that Evans may have caught it, gotten two feet down and made a "football move" with the spin...and since it was in the end-zone the play is complete as soon as the catch is complete as long as he isn't going to the ground...

Obviously it doesn't matter now, I hope the 9ers win the ship!

I'm already going through all the machinations in my head about the Ravens' personnel. Its gonna be an extremely interesting off-season, may be a LOT of new faces in Baltimore (I'm pretty sure Cundiff is out) coaches and players alike..
possibly lee evans to
I dont feel that way with evens the way i do with cundiff...that kick was a chip shot to most kickers in the league and he missed it bad.....calling this moment "The Miss" because it represnts the kick and the miss opportunity for ray and ed to get a ring...sucks!

There's no way they're ever going to give that to him there though. Even if they'd reviewed it, they would have made the same call. In slow mo it might look like more, but he didn't have the ball for much more than a second. Way too close to give him the catch, I'd feel the same if it had been the other way.

Yea...I think a review would've been held up but I remember Greg Jennings having a very similar catch against the Giants I believe and they gave him the TD...This is my way to mourn...
Lol Billy Cundiff is my BOY in Madden!!! I ain't cutting him!! 98 kick power = BOO YA
Lmao...he WAS my boy in real life until....well, you know...
That takes spot #3 in the top 10 wackest raps of all time, LV.
Catchy ass hook though.

Can't hate on that Patrick Chung line either

How about the Ravens going for it on 4th and 6. What did you Ravens fans think of that?

Ray lewis was not healthy, u could see his old ass limpin around tryin to cover hernandez. Figurres pollard injures another patriot, gronks aright tho.

Congrads to the Pats fans in the thread..condolences to the Ravens fans. I don't know what is worse - going out like that to end the season or the way the Packers did.

thats what happens when mr. ballsosoft forgets that rob gronkowski is bigger and stronger than him. gronk gave him a chip n sent his bitch ass flyin.
id hope so id be pretty pissed to watch a superbowl like the pats broncos game
Now that was just uncalled for.
Wes hess rookie of the year hands down!! He's a monster an he's a running back playing as my slot reciever!
The Dolphins rookie HB has twice as many yards and 1 more TD.

But yeah, "hands down" for sure.

Hey guys, I think I'm done with Madden for this year. I just can't take the randomness of it anymore. For example this game I just played with ballhawk; my DBs dropped at least 6 easy interceptions and my WRs dropped at least 4 easy passes. I just can't catch a break and it is starting to take its toll on me. The games aren't fun for me (honestly haven't been since week 13 last season except for the draft) and they are starting to feel more like a chore than a fun event. I've been thinking it over for the last few weeks and decided that I would try to finish out the season, but I just can't do it. I'm sure there are people on the waiting list that would have a lot more fun than me, so I don't feel bad about giving them up. I'm not going to miss madden, but I will definitely miss this thread and you guys. And I 100% plan to be back for madden 13, though I would like to try a new team. BV and Ubernes, thanks for running the league. You guys do a great job and the league would not survive without you (the second league is a testament to that). Everyone else, it was fun playing against you (except you Doom :hot:). Cya in Madden 13.

Wouldn't that be more of an indictment of your receiving corps?

I'm certainly not going to force you to stay, and I appreciate the kind words, but I don't understand why you'd start Season 3 at all if you were already having doubts. If you'd started 2-2 instead of 0-4, would you still be leaving?

Please don't read this as an attack on you, but I do really wish people would not start a season if they don't intend to finish it.

That said, we've obviously loved having you in the league.

Damn he just had a monster game against ATL...I don't think XFN had updated when you last checked. He is a pretty good receiver...pretty amazing actually, considering he's a running back. He was definitely a gem in the draft...a lot of people probably scouted him as an HB instead of a potential receiver so he was probably overlooked a bunch.

So as of now, Miami's HB still has a decent lead for ROY but it's a pretty tight race.

Probably not now, but it would have hit me after a few more games. And it's probably like 20% because all of a sudden I suck, 30% because I'm probably not going to have time in about a month (baseball), and 50% because I'm just tired of madden. This is around the time when I left the league last year, we are just a season behind because of the late release. I think I just can take so much madden before I start to despise it. I probably shouldn't have started season 3 but I got caught up in the draft; I apologize for that.

Would it be too much to ask for you to take a day to think it over? I never think these are decisions which are worth making right after a tough loss.

I'll think it over but I'm 90% sure. I don't think you will have any problems filling my spot if that's what you are worried about.
