they way I read it I thought it was the same way with Ninja Gaiden II that we get a $10 card after the game ships, not that we get another $10 off the game

though in the case of Ninja Gaiden II some of us got the $10 gift card even though we canceled our orders

Spoke with a cordial Amazon representative. This offer looks to be good if you had made a previous Madden pre-order prior to the offer going live today. So no worries if you pre-ordered before today.

And yes, you will get a gift card token via e-mail on or around August 31st. It will not credit your account for your Madden order that ships out on Tuesday.

after the reviews that NCAA Football got on Wii this year I'd say the PS3 version for Madden

Decent deal, but I'm going to stick with Madden 08 until this goes down, like they always do eventually. Tried the demo out and it wasn't much of a gameplay improvement.
