Magazine's Deal Thread (Now under new management.)

Out of all the VU Games links I've signed up for, I've never gotten a confirmation e-mail once. However, I have been receiving egm, cgw, and opm. It does take several months I think to kick in. I'm getting issues until 2007 on egm, 2008? on cgw, and of course just six months on opm. But then again, I signed up for pretty much every vugames link there is, including the ones found on slickdeals... Another thing you may want to try is the free egm/ebgames digital subscription that was supposed to expire (then switch it to the print version)

try this link (i got e-mail confirmation on this one, but i'm not sure if they added an extra year to my subscription) ;(
Update it's been 3 months since I have done the Register VU Games get free SUbsicription deals and never once got a confirmation email...It is obviously a broken deal that has been left on the site...why arnt there many video game free subscriptions here? it makes me sad I want an EGM (non digital...too much a pain) subscription or my PSM sub back but never can find a free sub for them...any help?

Wow, nice to know somebody(s) here misses me. Yeah, that whole "life" thing kinda keeps me occupied, but I had a better reason for leaving. Now that my school is pretty much out, I'll try to put up mag offers and posts if I can.
Hey, welcome back!

Glad to hear that you'll be around more. Don't worry about the offers; we're just glad to have you back here at CAG. :D

ha, i'll updatethe OP when i get on a better cpu. This one blocks all pop ups like crazy
Thanks. Too bad they don't have the real Cosmo itself. My girlfriend would love that one. Still, at least its a different magazine from what people normally find.
Yay 6669 is back, I guess her absence is why there haven't been many good subs lately. And aren't you from NJ?
Me, from NJ? Nope.

Thanks! Does anyone know a way to change the Zinio account on your computer? I signed up with a new account, but I can't figure out how to put a new login/password into the Zinio auto-downloading program.

just a question.

If I'm already subscribing to something.. lets say EGM.

How can I renew for more? do I just re-enter all my info to a new free subscription link? or are there special methods?

Just sign up for the offer and it extends your current subscription's expiration date. Just make sure if it gets switched to digital to switch it back to print.

oo.

could somebody gimme the site for checking my subscriptions? I had it on favorites for my broken comp, didn't transfer here.

This will be the last time I post any free magazine subscriptions for a while. This site has gotten out of hand and it just isn't as enjoyable to me like it used to be. Its at the point where the inmates are running the asylum and its commonly acceptable to act like an asshole. I posted these deals because I wanted to help out my fellow CAGs, not treat them like shit. There's plenty of other sites I can go to post at where being a jerk is still frowned upon. So, sorry to all the good people on this site and I apologize that I wont be able to help you anymore. I'll try to convince my b/f to post some deals here, since he gets them in his emails everyday.

oh man

something musta happened in another thread.....

Sorry to hear someone is giving you a hard time.

Thanks for the horse adventures link. My daughter loves horses.

If you don't mind and choose to post mag links elesewhere please inform us of where you would if you could. For all practical purposes this thread is dead without your posts so no one should have a link complaint ( I would hope not) as there would be nothing here to compete against it.

hope you are pursuaded to change your mind but if not good luck in your life CAG A.D.

6669, it's a real shame to see you go. Even if you don't want to post deals anymore, we'd still love to have you around. You're a terrific member, and you will be greatly missed.

Try not to be a stranger, but if you do leave for good... I give you my best wishes. Take care.
i think i understand why. thanks for the help though. I've always thought you were a great CAG.
I'm still confused, can you fill the rest of us in, please? From what I've seen, 6669 has lways been one of those posters who never really says anything mean to anyone and just enjoys herself. Hate to see someone like that leave.

thx to those keeping this thread up.

my sucess rate with these "free" mags are less then 50% and they take a long time to process, but i'm always pleasently surprised whenever they finally arrive in my mailbox.
