I really hated it (and I was very excited for it before it came out.)
What broke the deal for me was the loading times in battle. Like you choose "Attack" and wait a couple seconds for the attack to happen. There's just no way I could play a whole game like that.

well thats all I keep hearing is " load times" now other games like Suikoden V with the load times were they worse than that?

not sure what to compare it to...but the load times in MC have a reputation, whereas I've only seen praise for Suikoden V

Magna Carta's were worse than Suikoden V's. Mainly because they happened during battle. Also the game has some of the most horrendous voice acting I've ever heard.
The load times are horrid.
Magna Carta is the only game I've tried that had load time issues even when played from the hard drive.
Magna Carta just sucks all around. Maybe I'm bitter because it's the only PS2 game I ever paid full price, cash-out-of-pocket for. Did that ever teach me a valuable lesson. I'm getting Persona 3 on day 1, but only because I've got credit stored up at Gamestop from the current PSP/DS trade-in deal.
Worser than the ones in Tales of The Abyss and Suikoden V?
Those load times are nothing in the wake of Magna Carta: Tears of Blood. The second half of the title was ment in a literal sense. It's one of a very small handful of games I had to set down because the load times became incredibly aggrevating.
I think it is OOP, but my one local pawn shop has had a copy languishing on their shelves for about 2-3 months now. I was tempted to pick it up just because people said it was 'OMGZ OOP n RAREZ', but they want about $40 for it.
It seems to be complete though, with some thick, but instruction manual size artbook in the case.
I think it is OOP now also because obviously it is an ATLUS title lol. I wanted it because it is one of the few RPG's I still have not completed or owned at one time on the PS2. My local EBgames has a sealed one still but it's $54.99 and a used one thats disc and manual in a generic dvd case for $29.99 .
Now after I read all the horror stories about the loading im not so sure I want it..
The game I had the honor of playing recently at my brothers house with some horrid load times that make you want to hurt small mammals is that football game for the PS2 Blitz the league
but back to Magna Carta has anyone had any positive reactions to the game ... I mean there have been alot of things in alot of games that made them annoying at some times..
