Is it MSRP though? The 360 version is still showing $58 at Amazon and the PS3 is still showing MSRP at $59.99 with the $39.99 likely being a price match to GS.

I'm not sure it's universal drop. I think Amazon probably matched Gamestop's price like they've done with other deals recently.
