Since I doubt children actually read American comic books these days, people have paid attention to an issue where Captain America and the Falcon infiltrated a Tea Party or something. Fox News caught it and people are angry, for a sign about tea bagging liberals. And Marvel had to apologize for it?

Psh Superman fought the KKK and Hatemongers, on national radio. So why should we hate Captain America for fighting the Tea Baggers?

Ok, Repub/Dem feelings aside here.
KKK.......Tea Party.......KKK........Tea Party
Yeah, not quite the same.

Edit:After reading the article, I remember now why I heard some people making a fuss. It didn't have so much to do with the "Tea Bagging" reference, it had more to do with the fact that the Tea Party movement was branded as a mob of "angry white folk" in which a black man would not be welcome.
To be honest, I think that's a pretty fair arguement.

I see nothing wrong with this.

It's fair game to mock anyone who does anything; Or at least I believe it should be. But on the flip side you have to respect any group that will organize and protest what they feel is unjust on a national level. Whether you agree with it or not isn't the issue. Attacking someones beliefs isn't the way to make your point. It just erodes your credibility (which both sides are at fault for).

Why are they holding signs that say "people"? That appears to be grammatically inaccurate.

I mean, sure, you can find anecdotal evidence of African-Americans that oppose Obama. One photograph can compete with other myriad and widespread evidence that this is not a politically or racially representative portion of the US population.

They need to apologize for the crappy story and sloppy writing the picture was contained in more than the picture itself.

This is nothing - go back and look at 80s episodes of GI Joe, chock full of propaganda.

At least it got the kids thinking, I don't know WTF Pokemon stands for.
