Marvel's Avengers help...

Hey guys  This game is so confusing... I keep picking up the daily challenges and missions. The challenges are a no brainer but I am yet to figure out how to launch/begin a daily mission. They dont show up on the war table. Where am I supposed to look? I tried googling with no luck. Any help is appreciated.
