Frys is selling Mass Effect 2 for $19.96 online and BM. A much better choice that buying at Gamestop since many locations probably only have box-rips.

For Frys, prices ending in .96 are usually clearance, plus this is currently the lowest new price it seems.

Not really. Their clearance prices vary and are not usually the same. Plus I got Ico/Shadow Collection from them last week at $29.96 on release date.
