First time posting a Deal, but thought I would share with my Mass Effect Fans. I saw Gamestop Sold out of CE's, so was browsing Amazon and preorderd a 3rd copy and noticed the Guides (regular and CE), the Art book, and a few other Mass Effect related items were all around 35% off on preorder pricing.

CE GUIDE (34%) OFF

REGULAR GUIDE (35%) OFF

ART OF MASS EFFECT UNIVERSE (35%) OFF

MASS EFFECT VOL2: EVOLUTION (43%) OFF

MASS EFFECT: INVASION (32%) OFF

There are a few more items here and there, but these are the ones i picked up. happy hunting fellow cheap asses!

ah well, figured some who havent seen it can enjoy, lot of the graphic novels and other items are marked down pretty decent from retail... I do love me some mass effect

you know, I am surprised the the mass effect 3 collectors editions have not sold out yet on Amazon. Do you guys think this one will not be as rare as the Mas Effect 1 CE or Mass Effect 2 CE?

I'm not sure, but it makes sense that they would print more because the previous ones sold out so quickly.

already sold out through GS this fast, Bioware is famous for underprinting ALL of their limited goods via retial or their direct web store. ME2 had a higher production run on the LE far more than ME1, but if you want one for investment, keep it sealed.

I ordered 3 CE (1 to play and use, 1 to collect, and one to resell in the future), 1 regular edition to collect, 2 copies of the CE guide (1 to use and 1 to collect), 1 regular edition to collect, and ordered one artbook from amazon and 1 CE Edition and 1 regular edition from the Bioware store (it comes with the slipcover where other retailers do not)

On top of the Liara Statue, the 2 Normandy miniatures variants, the Evolution Hardbound Graphic novel, the ME1 soundtrack, preorders on all teh novels, and the series 2 action figures... I think my wife thinks i am going to marry Fem Shep.

Basically if you want one, I would get one preordered within the next couple of days tops, i'd expect them to sell out here shortly.

The Old Republic CE (Bioware) wasn't very limited

You also have to consider that Mass Effect 1 and 2 were released sans PS3. Now you have CE's for both systems which should decrease the value and rarity as well.

This CE editions are not so nice anymore considering you can all the dlc that comes with a few months after release on the respective console marketplace
