This just makes me remember the SHCteam-josh deals:D
Kmart is offering a $20 gaming couponfor SYWR members with the purchase of mass effect 3 or Ghost Recon... the special offer is only listed in the PS3 collectors edition, but i think i should work with the vanilla edition also.

This seems like the best deals so far for the CE, you should know that kmart does not offer release date delivery but the shipping is only .99 cents.

My order status says:
Processing
When this item is available, it will be automatically shipped according to your chosen shipping method.
Going to email kmart and see if they oversold/never got any.
 
Just saw this blurb at the bottom of my order status, below the total:

"Note: Merchandise availability and pricing are not guaranteed"

EDIT: Just called CS and they claimed that Kmart is selling this (or at least my order) through another vendor, hence the delay. So sign of it being back ordered or anything, but also no ETAs given. She said she'd sent a follow up email within 24 hours on any status updates... sigh.
 
Did anyone really think they would get the collectors edition of ME3 from kmart? Even when Josh was offering the gaming coupons in store, he couldn't even guaranteed every store will get at least 1 copy of a CE for any game.
 
i am beyond infuriated. how long will it take for them to cancel my order because of a lack of supplies? i want to pick up the regular edition from the store but i dont want to risk kmart also sending me a supply....

I was able to trade in Dark Souls for $20 and found a Gamestop with the CE instock. Waiting for a cancellation, or extra copy. Yah, Kmart blows.

So apparently Sears is fulfilling my order and not Kmart...

just got off w/ a customer service rep. here's what he wrote:

I have checked on your order and see that Our records indicate that your order is currently processing. More than likely, your order has already shipped, and your item should arrive to you within the next few days. Sometimes, there can be a delay with updating the UPS tracking number on your order,
as our first priority is to ship your merchandise. If your order does not arrive in the next
few days, please let us know and we will gladly research your order further. Your business is appreciated and we thank you again for choosing us for your order.

Has your credit card been charged? If it hasn't, then it probably hasn't shipped. Mine hasn't been charged.
 
Got an email back from customer service about my CE order, this was the response:

"Thank you for contacting Kmart.com the status of order number xxx. I appreciate you choosing Kmart for your gaming needs.

I apologize for this unexpected delay in your order shipping. In researching your inquiry I found that the pre-sell inventory on hand is greater than the number of orders reserved. Your order is processing and we expect shipment in the next 2-3 business days. We hope that you continue to make Kmart your first choice for your online shopping needs."
 
So what now? SHould I contact customer service?

it seems they are starting to come through with shipments. Im going to wait it out till monday (which was the last day they said my order would arrive)
 
Got an email that mine finally shipped. Supposed to get here the 13ths. Snagged a copy from GS since I wasn't sure.

And I can't tell if I have actually been charged for it. ?

EDIT: Just called. They oversold, as I expected. Pretty bullshit email if you ask me, making it sound like the customer's mistake when it was theirs. Well, never shopping from Kmart ever again.

i checked my credit card statements and i was charged for Mass Effect 3 CE.

yet i keep checking my order status and it says "processing"

this is getting ridiculous. can they just go ahead and cancel it already so I can go to another store and get the game? unbelievable. i will do everything i can to warn people about kmart and make sure their business fails. never shopping from kmart/sears again (this is my first time) and ill be sure to leave a negative review on kmart wherever i can

Which is silly because they had asked me to verify my information over the phone back when I placed the order, which I did. oh well.

i ordered late feb so im kinda scared i wont get mine.

ive been charged but no email or anything regarding arrival :cry:

edit: just checked email, and it says it has shipped. kinda disappointed the hype of ME3 wore out, but im glad im getting my collectors edition

still very disappointing to everyone else whose got cancelled
 
just checked email and order has shipped. yay. estimated arrival monday 03-19-2012. lol. still very dissapointing for those whose orders were cancelled.

Mine just shipped but Kmart still sucks. Just going to use that $20 coupon on something and never come back.
Unless it's something I'm prepared to wait 2 weeks for. Luckily I got a copy of ME3 on launch anyway because I never had much faith in Kmart. But this is still embarrassing.

Wish the coupon worked instore, but I am pretty sure online only. Unless I order someone online, then exchange it instone.

Also, a store is closing near me, so they sent me a $10 coupon.

Never got an email for the coupon. But I added a game to my cart today and it automatically added the $20 coupon. Now to find something. No point cards, and other than games being .99 to ship, some shipping is $5 for a card.
