Just got back from Walmart and I notice a few games on sale. Again these are In-Store ONLY and maybe YMMV. I check the website and it's still full price.

Mass Effect 3 (PS3) $27.99 (XBOX) $47.99
NFS: The Run (PS3/XBOX) $17.99
R&C All 4 One (PS3) $17.99
Rayman Origins (PS3/XBOX) $17.99
Kingdoms of Amalur (PS3) $27.99
PokePark 2 (WII) $27.99

The tags says "SAVE EVEN MORE" and not sure if it's a 1 day sale.

Have you tried clearing your cache?
...

Going to be nice and just point you to the only known fix:

Hundreds of people are currently affected and more succumb to it each day. It may not be a concern to many now but I guarantee that in a couple of weeks it's going to become greatly worse.

sorry to laugh, but it sounds like one of those ambulance chaser commercials... and the fact that there's a compensation specialist.

I am still going to hold off on this game til it hits the bargain bin in a month or so. I can't let myself pay more than 10-15 these days, and since the games plummet within a few months, i shouldn't be waiting too long.
To those buying Mass Effect 3 for the Xbox 360...

Good luck. Seriously. I haven't been able to play my copy for about a month.

The guy in the video says he tried clearing his cache already and that it's related to his gamertag. He makes a temporary one and can start up the game fine, but can't save or play multiplayer. Have you tried signing off Xbox Live before starting up the game? I'm thinking EA may have "banned" people from their forums mistakenly and ended up locking you out of the single player game too. There was a similar situation awhile ago http://www.rockpapershotgun.com/2011/11/14/ea-forum-bans-are-still-affecting-games/

That was the only suggestion given in the entire thread by an EA rep. Honestly NOTHING works other than the community's "Resante Fix" (modifying files from your profile on a PC via a USB drive).

One would think that EA/BioWare would have figured that's what the problem was by now as it's been over a month since this glitch was reported to them and acknowledged. Also, if we were banned by EA, we would be unable to play ANY EA game and I've been able to play BF3 just fine since ME3 broke.

This is all EA Support has to offer after one month:
