i consider the LCD changes worth it to me personally, i like the idea of better response time and colors.

yeah, the other stuff like the Mic and the 480i capabiltiy arent quite as important though.

I think you will get $70 credit for PSP Slim at GS. the $50 is for PHAT PSP
