McDonald's Monopoly Promotion! Ends Nov. 17; No trading or begging please

put in twenty codes in two days got notin glah...... just keep landing on same properties.

Stop begging for codes.. just go to McDonalds and buy more food if you're really that desperate.

The system is pretty rigged so you have a rather minute chance at winning. Having "just one more piece left!!!!" isn't that significant.

If you "win" coke rewards and do not use them or play on mycokerewards.com please feel free to forward you notification email or the code to [email protected]

Thanks bunches in advance if you decide to help a gal out :0)

hey guys, i have boardwalk but I don't have that other one...

JOKING.... geez it's awful how many new people sign up for this just to mooch.

I would recommend dumpster diving (JOKING)... because doing it the other way would be a severe risk to your health and wallet (NOT JOKING)! Get a friend on the inside too! ha. ha.

25% off purchase at Footlocker to use go to footlocker.com and enter 67B237G2CDCH at the checkout. Redeem by 12-31-08 (may not be combined with other offers)

I wonder if entering my codes at night would help my chances of winning some instant wins.. I'll try it this Friday..

Ohh, just entered 4 codes today and got free Wi-Fi (PM me if you want it) + 25 coke points and got double 4 times off of one code.. I'm lovin' it :)

If only we could split the winnings. I've got park place :D

This might have been covered, and if so, sorry.

When they say no purchase necessary, what's that involve? Can I just up and ask for an extra piece when I buy something, or do I mail in?

I wish we could do that, but no, you can't just go up and ask for free game peices. What they're referring to is this:

To receive a 10-digit Code without making a purchase: mail a legibly handwritten (in blue ink), self-addressed, stamped envelope ("SASE") with sufficient postage and a return address (first and last name, street address, city, state, and zip or postal code) to: MONOPOLY 2008 Game at McDonald's, Free Game Piece Request, P.O. Box 49153, Strongsville, OH 44149-0153. Mail-in requests must be postmarked no sooner than 9/23/08 and must be postmarked by 11/3/08 and received by Sponsor no later than 11/7/08. If the In-Store Game runs long, these dates are subject to a corresponding extension. Requests from Vermont ("VT") residents that are postmarked in VT may omit return postage. Requests from VT residents that are postmarked outside of VT and omit return postage may be required to provide proof of VT residency to Sponsor's reasonable satisfaction before requests are fulfilled. Each request must be sent in a separate outer mailing envelope with the requestor's first and last name, street address, city, state and zip or postal code (name and address must match the return name and address on SASE) written legibly in the upper left hand corner of the outer envelope. Requests that are sent in business reply envelopes, that utilize address labels or stickers, that are photocopied, hand-stamped, computer-generated or otherwise mechanically produced or reproduced, that are not mailed in separate outer mailing envelopes, or that otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules will NOT be honored, acknowledged or returned, and the persons submitting such requests will forfeit any corresponding postage and unused envelopes. One (1) Guaranteed Bonus Game Piece (consisting of two MONOPOLY Game Stamps plus one Guaranteed Bonus Game Stamp [collectively, a "Guaranteed Bonus Game Piece"]) will be mailed in response to each request that complies with the requirements of these Official Rules, while supplies last

I haven't logged in for a while so McD sent me a free code in my inbox...but it doesn't even work -____-

Try it out, maybe it'll work for you:

In the late 90s you could. I was at a McDonald's with a friend who worked there as assistant manager. He told me to just walk up to the counter and ask for a free game piece because it was no purchase necessary. I did, and the guy at the register gave me one. He watched me walk back toward my friend, realized I was with him, and handed me like 10 more.

I've got pieces from morning breakfasts at McD's...got a lot of free breakfast sandwiches and extra value meals, couple free mcflurries, and two codes for 25 points for My Coke Rewards.

Not as bad as I originally thought.

 Been there done that! Yesterday I went to 5 McDonald's dumpsters and found over 200 pieces and not a SINGLE one was a rare one. I did manage to get about 15 instant wins for a burger or a drink though.

People are so lazy, they'll go and eat and just not bother with peeling the things off. It was a little funny when someone would come and throw something away and be like "Holy shit! you scared me." Good times can be had in a giant mound of trash.

Do you guys know anyone who has EVER one this contest? I just do it cause it's fun, I don't expect to win anything big. Maybe $50 at most.

Just got a code in my email because I haven't been at the site for a while (since I signed up and used the first free codes, actually). Anyway, see if this works for any of you.

Wow that's a lot of free food.. I've gotten like 30 peices and only 1 of them is a free food peice.
Some of the mcdonalds by me are already out of game pieces. :(
What???? No way!! The promotion isn't even half way through.. I hope this doesn't spell trouble for everyone else.. Maybe you're Mcdonalds is getting another shipment of coded packages..
I have Boardwalk. Does anyone have Park Place ? We can split the money.
In a world without taxes we could, but until then, I'm going to hoard my park place.
Wow that's a lot of free food.. I've gotten like 30 peices and only 1 of them is a free food peice.
I get one almost every time I go...and more times than not, it's not a small coke or medium fries, it's something good.

Yesterday, pulled two free mcflurries/parfaits off of the same Big Mac. Won another MCR 25 point code, redeemed for B1G1 rental at Blockbuster.

Guess this is just my year

I went into work today and whoever was there earlier just left 13 peices sitting on the counter...so I ganked em :D

Did you know there's a limit on the amount of codes you can enter in one day...kinda weird...

I remember back in the late 90s one of my mom's co-workers won a trip or cruise or something.
Wow, bad prizes (yeah free wifi...really?), cumbersome code entry, registration looks like an invite to spam, ridiculous items to purchase to gain game stamps (well the coffee is cheap) and oh yeah, my computer hangs when I hit "submit" after entering my info... craptastic! Well, I guess that's my omen to avoid this one.

Sorry to vent, thanks anyways OP.
Did you actually expect a prize worth buying the food for??? Or that it wouldn't be a pain in the ass to enter the codes... Or that the real reason for the contest is to get your personal information!!! /sarcasm.

Finally got a 25pt MCR code after nearly 50 plays. Sigh, just wasnt like the good ol MCD monopoly days. I will admit that I am now choosing McD over other local restrants for meals when I do eat out, but after this promotion, I'll be heading back to my local eateries.
