I found something else that is Bush's fault....check it
Bush ruined economy -> NBA and Team owners need more money in the tough economic times due to lower merchandise sales -> More playoff games generate more money -> More 7 game series are needed -> Referees can affect games with bad/questionable calls -> Poor NBA Refs
