Might not be a big deal but thought I'd make an attempt.

Wii games 19.99 and under will be 50% off

Also there are 'Santa bucks' coupons that go in 10 dollar increments (starting at 19.95) that give you 20% off, up to 99.95 ($20 off). So basically...

19.95 and up = $4 off
29.95 and up = $6 off
39.95 and up = $8 off

Just looking off their website (prices are not always the same between the two) I see Samaba de Amigo for $19.99 (so It'd end up being $10). That's about the only good deal I see, unless you want Alone in the Dark for $10. Everything else is looks like shovel-ware.
 
Meijers can be a mixed bag depending on location. Behind the glass cases, they have very few games that they would sell for $19.99. These would be the ones supposedly featured on the website too. However, most stores have an overstock shelf where they have tons of old and shovelware games.

You can sometimes find a deal on that shelf as I did last week when Meijer ran the B1G1 free deal (for games < $30) for 360 and Ps3 games last week. Thanks for posting this, I will make sure to check them out!
 
This was the most pointless sale I've ever seen. They had absolutely zero $20 and under games at my store. None behind the glass, none in the overstock/clearance, and none in the cheapo bin (only DS).
 
Orange Box for 360 was $19.99 when I picked it up for my son in the B1G1 last week.
Other than that, not too much to choose from under $20.
