Meijer does it again BOGO 50% off
Is this 50% off any game in-stock? Also what does BOGO mean?
Hold your mouse over that pretty little underlined BOGO there and you shall be told.

oh greatness. There are a few games I want, hopefully Meijer has then. I really hope they got Gradius V in, because then I can get that along with Street Fighter Anniversary Collection. I'm hoping they'll have Shadow Hearts: Covenant in also. I'll be in Fort Wayne during the weekend too. :D
What is the URL for the site I want to see if there is one close to me.
Hmm, did it occur to you that maybe you could search for it? Or should we hold your hand for that, too?

Woah 2 Indiana people in one thread?

I live in Indy. I'll check out this Meijer deal, thanks for posting!

Dang it, Meijer. Tron 2.0: Killer App comes out October 5. So close...

... oh well, I guess I'll have to get Donkey Konga and something else.
we got 3 mejiers in fort wayne dont ask me why lol
Well, they built two Meijer's in Fort Wayne back in 1994, got a lot of business, but then opened the one around 469 a few months later. Meijer's always busy and I could see them putting up a third Meijer. I wish for it will give me a fourth one to look at. :D

I'm just hoping Meijer doesn't raise a few prices before the sale, because I tried to get Street Fighter Anniversary Collection last time, and Meijer priced it at $49.99. The same happened to me for Final Fantasy VII around the time it came out. I had a $5 coupon, and the price rang as $54.99 although the price tags said $49.99, and they would not change it. Still, I've bought most of my PS2 games at Meijer, while buying my highest number of games at EB.

Hmm if Zelda and Animal Crossing really do drop to $20 this week... well this deal would be boarderline orgasmic, because there's no Best Buy near me.
LMAO at all the Indiana people in this thread. I used to work at the Meijer on Illinois Rd. in Fort Wayne.
i got kicked out of the meijers on illinois road a few months back. I got like 7 cats that love to eat right, well they was having a sale on cat food for 5 cans for a buck. I went in and got 20 cans right well when the thing printed out another coupon came out that said : 1.00 of next order: . Well i went back in and picked up 5 cans of cat food for a buck so it be free. I checked out and BOOM another coupon prints out 1.00 off next order. went outside then back in and did the same thing another time. Well after the 3rd time the person called the manager and said I would have to buy at least 10 bucks in food to use the coupon the next time. I refused and they escorted me out of the place.

I live in the SW side of Allen County, so that's why I was there a lot, compared to the other Meijer's. I actually knew a bunch of people there from my old H.S. that use to work there and some still do.

I know people who did similar things at Meijer, but usually they haven't noticed, like when they put Pepsi on sale for $3.99 or less with a limit of 2.

They're also dumb enough to take anything back at that store... I used to get calls asking if it was ok for customer service to return such and such item, I'd say no, and then two hours later, the same item was back in my department. I once got a rusted patio set we never sold there to begin with.

Although I feel a little guilty for doing this. Over a year ago, I bought Dark Cloud 2 using one of the Meijer buck coupons where I got $4 off, and paid $36. I didn't open my copy and then I saw Meijer had better coupons the next week, where I could save $8. I returned my copy, they gave me back full amount, which was $40, and then I bought the other copy of Dark Cloud 2 they had for $32. So I actually gained some money. I also bought Arc The Lad: TotS with the other coupon I had and saved another $8. So yeah, I really messed with Meijer's sale that day. I'll probably never do that again though.

suggestion in case you didnt think of it. Go to random cashiers. I did this when they had prego on sale for 79 cents awhile back. it gave a 1.25 cpn i think and well 2 jars of prego for 25 is great so i did it over and over and over and over ummm got like 38 jars. IL road store.

oh yeah umm on topic errr bogo is swell

Thats BS. I used to work as a cashier at Meijers when I was in college, I would've let you bring a cartfull to the register and ring up 5 at a time so you could get them all free. I've seen people get free cartfulls of pop, AA/AAA batteries, and camera film this way too. We'd always run out of camera film quickly whenever one of these deals took place because it apparently can be sold on the street for a good profit. There are no store rules against this.

I almost got kicked out a meijer once too... actually more than once, and I shall share a meijer story with you:

Well awhile back my brother and a friend of his were sitting around the old apt when we got bored, so we decided to hit up the old meijer of course. Well this wasn't going to be just an ordinary visit, oh no, because we had put on volleyball outfits that were just a bit too revealing, and the other guy had on a referee's shirt, complete with whistle. We put tear away pants and varsity jackets on and proceeded to go to meijer. In the store we found the widest isle in the middle of the store, then our referee blew the whistle and yelled, "GAME ON!" and we proceeded to take off the tear-aways and varsity jackets and play some volleyball. Well this lasted all of 2 minutes or so before some guy was yelling at us that we couldn't play volleyball in the store like that, anyway as soon as he turned to walk away our ref blew the whistle again and we went back to the game. Naturally that pissed off the guy that worked there and suddenly we were being threatened. The game spilled out into the parking lot for a bit, but it was too cold so we just went home.
