When does the deal expire again?
It probably doesn't until the old games are all gone. The whole point is to clear up all that shelf space so they can put the "new" (ie: $30+) PS2/Cube/Xbox stuff there and fill the primary shelves with PS3/360/Wii.

There was a reference to this in the latest ad, but the physical signs have been taped to the shelves for a few weeks now. They basically put an ad out for something that had already been going on...probably because nobody was really buying up the old games as much as they hoped. Their pricings are all jacked up anyway. I was hoping to get Sid Meier's Pirates for the Xbox but the jerks still have it priced at $40.

I just wanted to say thanks for the OP for pointing this out. If I make $10-20 profit on the Narutos, I will have scored six new games for around $30. Can't beat that.

Just wanted to say thanks. First time I've went after a deal I saw on CAG and picked up Brain Age (DS), Cooking Mama (DS), Battleground 2 (PS2), Luigi's Mansion (GC) and Star Wars Battlefront I&II (XBOX) all on BOGO.

Thanks much.

This is probably a big YMMV, but I was able to price match this deal at Best Buy in Champaign, IL. The employee that helped me also said something about having the same type of deal within the next couple of weeks.

yea a worker at best buy said something about this as well. wouldnt go into details about it but they said watch for the ad very soon.

I got around 400 bucks in Best buy gift cards so i would go nuts at buy 1 get 1

I went to Meijers last week and stood in the game department ringing that damn service bell for at least 5 minutes waiting for someone to help me.

Nobody came, so I got pissed off and just walked out. fucking dicks.

Last time I went to Meijer to get a game I had to go to the service desk just to get someone to open up the game cases. The deals at Meijer are usually worth waiting through all the crap though.

you should of stood there and started screaming. someone probally would of came to see what all the noise was about

on one lima dumped all the 19.99 or less games out on the shelf

Meijer is continuing this deal this week (12/17-12/24) but at the Kalamazoo Meijer today, I got a "perfect storm" of a deal.

Appears the deal works on VG Accessories. I picked up Wii points and a Classic Controller. To my surprise, one of the items was free! Not only that, I was picking them up because today (12/17) and tomorrow, Meijer has 15% off general merchandise when you use the Meijer Credit Card. And because I got over $50 worth of stuff (bought groceries too), I also got a coupon for $10 off a $25 gift card (a deal that I thought ended yesterday, using a Meijer CC).

In the end, the Wii Points and Classic Controller cost me $18.01 out the door!

There was still one Classic Controller left and some Wii Points as of 12:30 pm. This is the Meijer on W. Main.

so you're telling me this would work on Tiger Woods 06 for $20 and a WIi points card that's $20...

Wow. Need to get over there immediately.
dont expect to find much of anything. ALmost everthing good is long gone. I might hit them up tomorrow and weds
Yeah. I went to Meijer's in other cities in Indiana today, and didn't find much at them either around $19.99 (good stuff at other prices though).

no go on the accessories at mine. Dumb old lady running toys wouldn't let me do the deal with Tiger Woods 06 360 and A points card. On top of that, the $25 gift card i just bought for $15 wouldn't work for a half hour. I just left. Might use the $25 for metal slug anthology..

Ridge Racer 6 is still $40!

Did she ring it up? It automatically discounted the Wii points for me. I didn't even realize it happened until I was checking the receipt as I was walking out. I guess I got really lucky then.

Picked up a couple PS2 games on my way to work this morning.

Got Shadow of the Colossus and Soul Calibur 2 for $20.

Might go back for some more later.

Wii points cards automatically rang up buy 1 get 1 free for me. I went to all three Meijers in South Bend looking for Xbox Marketplace Points but had no luck. Going to try a few more in the area today. Thanks for the posts- awesome deal!

I FOUND A NICE LITTLE BONUS GLITCH FOR THIS SALE. This is how it works.

For the next week, Mastercard and Meijer are running a promotion where if you spend $100+ on your Mastercard, you get a coupon for $10 off a $25 gift card from Meijer. Now, similar to the gas coupon glitch I mentioned last time, the computer only looks at retail price when calculating how much you spend. This means that if you buy 6 games/acc at $20 each, the computer thinks that you're spending $120 when in actuality you're only spending $60 after the B1G1 deal. Good stuff!

Hmmmm ... I was under the impression that the $10 off CGs $25 or more coupon was being issued for any purchase over $50. In fact, I'm certain I saw someone say that exactly earlier in this thread. If so, then that explains the "glitch" that you found. :)

Also, are there any other 360 games besides Tiger Woods that have been knocked down to $19.99?
