Seems a lot of the bad reviews cite the fact that its very hardcore as the worst feature about it, which is an odd point of criticism when its often better just to accept that you are not the audience for the game rather than calling a game bad.
Not an RTS fan myself, but 75% off is a good deal, so definitely worth passing on.
