Metal Gear PO *update*

If I'm seeing that correctly, it looks like Kojima Productions has found away around a missing analog stick and in an interesting way.

From this latest video it can be infered that you can move around in first person instead of just standing still like in previous games. However, it seems you can't aim freely, just straight ahead like in Doom.

In another part of the video however you can obviously still aim up or down. I can't wait to hear more about the controls.

Wrong! it's the guy from Tenchu. or Bryan Fury :p

and jesus christ this game sounds tasty

Well aren't MGS games based upon a static camera? Kojima could probably not use the new camera for Subsistence and MGS4 and get away with it.

No matter how you slice it, this game is going to be awesome!

This really has been a great year for the PSP, specifically this last part of the year. We've seen some great releases so far, and there are tons of great titles on the way before Christmas. I am so effin' glad I bought a PSP!

Yeah, I think the PSP is finally finding its ground like the DS did. It took about a few months for the DS to find titles to make it it's own, but around a year for the PSP, which is not bad at all if I sound like I'm saying that. I'm just glad both are finally stable since I love both.
I thought this was going to be like a squad based game, but it looks like a regular MGS game from the pictures.

Which is it?
Maybe you're confusing it with the new Killzone for PSP?

Actually it is a squad-based game (somewhat) you go around killling people

and you can actually interogate someone and and recruit him/her on your

team(aka Foxhound) ex:you see some enemy , stun him, pick him up (you heard me right , you dont have to drag them anymore:D) bring 'em to your

truck(?) and interogate them and they would join your team and use them

in battle (up to 3 people and you can give orders place them orders, place

them anywhere on the map,etc.....even play as them!!!!!)

also a few cutscenes are played comicbook-style like MGS Didital Graphic

Novel................and would have GPS support

This game looks really good. I have been a long time fan of the series and really glad its finally coming home to the PSP as a stand alone title. The new features such as recruiting squad members and being able to play as them sounds really sweet.

Each solider has different attributes that can be maximized in the single-player title, which enables up to three units to be placed around a stage at any given time - users simply warp between them by hitting the select button. The selection includes recruit spies, medics, engineers and more and there are compelling reasons to switch between them and use their skills. For instance, a soldier strong in espionage will be able to spot items and enemies on the map when other characters won't.
I dont think thats gray fox... It might be Raiden.
 The game takes place before Raiden's even born. I doubt it's Franky either, unless he's just a bonus for online play (in that case, it could be Raiden).
